The world of pottery was first discovered by Jacques Henry in 1848 in his native Burgundy. From then on, each Henry generation has continued and expanded the families passion and expertise in the world of pottery and bakeware. In 1911 their ruffled pie dish was created and due to its huge success became the company's symbol. Today a focus on form and function (and colour!) have resulted in some of the best tart and flan dishes around, all still proudly made in France.
